Objective: To create an online image following a company restructure & change of name. Initiate customer enquiry.

 

Publicity: A lot of  Yellow Pages advertising (multiple categories & locations), & radio advertising.  We have also completed a search engine optimisation project.

 

Results: Currently more than 3600 visitors per month who are viewing over 17,000 pages – over 150 genuine enquiries per month.

 

Customer Comments: Thank you for all the effort you and your team have put into our web site. Our visits last month on www.worldmoving.co.nz climbed to 3,637 with an average view of 4.9 pages per visitor.

We are constantly complimented on the quality of our web site - by both customers and our competition. I suppose the highest compliment is that some nasty company in the USA copied it's content and design.

To get people to come to the shop from all over Auckland – despite any preconceived ideas that people might have about South Auckland.

PUBLICITY:

Advert in Yellow Pages (Print) but NOT Yellow Pages online.

Consistently one of the top 2 results
for Google Searches.

RESULTS:

Averaging over 1000 visitors per week to the website.

A regular stream of online enquiries – a bit seasonal but averaging over 6 per week – many of which are asking questions that will lead to a visit to the shop.

To display their wide variety of library photos in an organised way so that customers can see the full extent of possibilities open to them – as reinforcement/backup to existing sales program. Initiate customer enquiry.

PUBLICITY:

0800 No & Premises in highly visible position by Motorway, Drury. Good publicity (press releases) in rural focused websites. Most visits come via search engines. Generally included in all pamphlets, stationery, vehicles etc but NOT specifically directed to website.

RESULTS:

At least 200 visitors to the website per week; average over 12 pages per person per visit
Consistently generates over 8 enquiries through the website per week - a number greater than those explained as backup to existing sales strategies.

CUSTOMER COMMENTS:

Our web site is proving to be a crucial part of our business. As the population becomes increasingly aware of and has access to the Internet it is apparent that more and more people are using it to search for products that they want. The level of enquiry is such that we cannot afford to ignore this important medium as an advertising forum.

Barry has done an incredible job with our web site, as the results show. It just gets better with each update. Working with Barry has been easy and his ideas go along way towards the success of this part of our business.
